What’s Important for 2014-2015 Enrollment

We are happy to continue with our current vendors: UnitedHealthcare for our medical, pharmacy, dental and vision benefits, OptumBank as the HSA trustee, Higginbotham for FSA administration, along with Unum for Critical Illness, Accident and Whole Life, and Principal Life Insurance Company for Term Life and Disability.
Open Enrollment begins February 18 and ends on March 5, 2014. Please take the time to review this guide to determine which benefit plans and options best meet your needs and then call a Univers counselor during your scheduled time to enroll (see page 4 of your benefits guide) for your 2014 - 2015 benefits. If you do not call Univers to enroll, your current elections, except for FSA and HSA, will automatically renew at the 2014 - 2015 rates and coverage levels.
During Open Enrollment you are able to enroll in Voluntary Term Life, Critical Illness, Whole Life and Disability. However, if you previously waived these benefits, or if you are increasing benefits, you will be required to provide proof of good health by submitting a Statement of Health form.
